Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, show, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour community, and sign a lease.
• Conducts all leasing functions: appointments, lead generation, tours, model units, follow-up.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in.
• Assist with lease audits, walking units, and turn process.
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Apply sales/marketing strategies to increase traffic and meet leasing goals.
• Perform various administrative tasks as needed.
• Address resident complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in developing resident retention programs (events, promotions, newsletter).
• Contribute to upkeep of office, common areas, and model.
• Support marketing outreach and market surveys/analysis.

Education
