Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. The role requires onsite presence, daily tours, and closing leases to meet occupancy goals.

Essential duties include handling leasing paperwork, maintaining data, and assisting with retention efforts. The candidate should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills, plus knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• On-site role requires basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is expected.

Responsabilités

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close the sale by making appointments, generating leads, conducting tours, and following up.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with audits, inspections, and turnover processes.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plans, market surveys, and outreach to drive property traffic and leasing goals.
