Job summary

Parker Hannifin in Michigan is seeking an onsite Value Stream Manager to lead broad operations, drive Lean execution, and implement the Parker Lean system and Win Strategy to ensure a safe, productive workplace and to meet short- and long-term goals.

You will develop and manage Team Leaders and associates, oversee process engineering and quality, manage budgets and performance reviews, and push continuous improvement across the value stream to reduce costs, inventories and lead times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent; Masters preferred.
• 3-5 years of leadership of large teams and P&L ownership desired.
• Experience in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Value Stream Leaders and associates.
• Own Value Stream P&L, cost analysis, margins, PPV.
• Implement Parker Lean system and Win Strategy.
• Oversee planning, budgeting and scheduling.
• Drive productivity gains and safety.
• Develop future state value stream map.
