United Future is seeking a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to identify prospective customers and qualify inquiries. This role generates sales opportunities, schedules product demonstrations, and supports the outside sales team through outbound calls and multi-channel outreach.

You will engage with decision-makers, tailor outreach to industry needs, and maintain CRM records to drive measurable pipeline growth. This is an on-site, full-time position in New Milford, CT.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of outbound calling, lead generation, or inside sales experience.
• Experience in a technical, manufacturing, or B2B environment is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident telephone presence and comfort initiating conversations with new prospects.
• Strong listening and discovery skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls toward measurable goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Salesforce CRM experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and identify potential customers, target accounts, and market opportunities.
• Make high-volume outbound calls to introduce solutions and engage prospects.
• Use email, LinkedIn, and other channels to support prospecting efforts.
• Identify decision-makers and potential product users within target organizations.
• Build prospect lists based on industry, application, territory, and campaigns.
• Tailor outreach to each prospect’s needs and challenges.
• Generate qualified product demonstrations and appointments for outside sales.
