Job summary

Seneca Foods Corporation is seeking a LAN/PC Administrator to provide hands-on IT support at our Janesville location. You will maintain end-user computing devices, printers, mobile devices, and local network connectivity, resolving hardware and software issues as they arise.

You will install, configure, and upgrade PCs, manage help desk tickets, support Windows client OS and Office apps, and collaborate with manufacturing and warehouse teams to enable efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Experience providing IT support and enterprise user management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows desktop operating systems.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Windows domain services.
• Experience supporting warehouse or manufacturing environments is desirable.
• Microsoft certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on and remote IT support for end users.
• Install, configure, repair, replace, and upgrade PCs and peripheral equipment.
• Manage help desk requests and ticketing; document troubleshooting steps.
• Troubleshoot Windows client OS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Diagnose local network issues and LAN connectivity problems.
• Assist with technology deployments and projects at locations.
• Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and operations staff.
• Enforce IT policies and security standards.
