Guardian Energy is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to support and enhance the company’s technology environment at a manufacturing facility in Janesville, MN. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to identify needs, drive improvements, and communicate technical information to diverse audiences.

The role requires experience in manufacturing IT, networking basics, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field preferred.
• Five to seven years of hands-on experience working in manufacturing environment, network or end-user desktop support role.
• Operations or manufacturing environment experience required.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site technical support at the location.
• Resolve hardware and software issues with a strong customer-service mindset.
• Procurement and inventory management of IT equipment.
• Support company line of business applications and perform installations/configurations.
• Collaborate with Managed Services and vendors to isolate root causes of issues.
• Analyze and diagnose technical problems and implement timely solutions.
• Coordinate with remote teams and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
