The role involves installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and upgrading PCs and peripherals, managing help desk requests, and collaborating with IT teams to deploy projects. Strong communication and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Experience providing IT support in a business environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Windows desktop operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Windows domain services.
• Experience installing, configuring, repairing PCs, printers, and peripheral equipment.
• Familiarity with local area networking and basic LAN administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on and remote technical support for Windows computers, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, peripherals, and business applications.
• Install, configure, repair, replace, and upgrade PCs and peripheral equipment; deploy new devices per company standards.
• Respond to service requests and incidents, prioritize work based on business impact, document troubleshooting steps, and maintain ticket records.
• Troubleshoot Windows client operating systems, Office applications, user access, and Active Directory accounts.
• Diagnose LAN connectivity issues and escalate complex infrastructure problems as needed.
• Support warehouse, manufacturing, and mobile computing environments including WMS-related devices.
• Assist with PC hardware refreshes, OS upgrades, software deployments, and asset tracking.
• Assist with installation, deployment, testing, and upgrade of technology at locations and facilities.
• Escalate complex server, network, or enterprise infrastructure problems with clear documentation.
• Enforce IT policies, security requirements, and equipment standards.
• Coordinate with IT vendors for troubleshooting and deployments.
• Perform other IT-related duties and technology initiatives.
