BEPC Inc. seeks a Technical Training Specialist to design and deliver technical training for pathology laboratories and Product Development teams in Tucson, AZ.

The role blends instructional design, e-learning, and hands-on lab instruction to onboard staff, develop competency, and sustain learning initiatives. You will translate complex scientific concepts into engaging materials, collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams, and manage LMS content, documentation, and training records.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science/Engineering/Business or related field with relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering technical training for adult learners.
• Familiarity with tissue-based assay products, diagnostic staining instrumentation, or similar lab equipment.
• Hands-on experience developing curricula using Articulate 360, Camtasia, or similar e-learning tools.
• Strong instructional design, LMS proficiency, and training documentation skills.
• Excellent written/spoken communication and collaboration with SMEs.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs for pathology laboratories and Product Development teams.
• Create and maintain e-learning modules, instructor-led courses, SOPs, and training guides.
• Translate complex scientific concepts into clear training materials using Articulate 360 and Camtasia.
• Manage LMS content, training records, completion tracking, and competency assessments.
• Facilitate classroom, hands-on, and virtual training sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor training effectiveness and drive improvements to learning programs.
