Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems in Redwood City, California is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our onsite team and support shipping, receiving, inventory, and vendor operations.

You will work closely with workplace and laboratory teams to ensure scientific shipments, supplies, and inventory are handled accurately, safely, and efficiently, with emphasis on timely deliveries and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in logistics, shipping, or inventory.
• Experience in biotech, healthcare, laboratory, or research environments.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience maintaining inventory records and tracking shipments.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
• Coordinate outgoing shipments and carrier pickups.
• Handle temperature-sensitive and time-sensitive scientific deliveries.
• Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.
• Replenish laboratory stockrooms and supply areas.
• Process vendor returns and shipment discrepancies.
• Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Support day-to-day workplace and logistics operations.
