Job summary

Red Oak Technologies is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator for a contract, on-site role in San Francisco, CA. You will support daily fulfillment, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and transportation activities to ensure timely processing and delivery of products.

The position requires coordination of domestic and international shipments and accurate documentation. The ideal candidate has experience with parcel shipping systems (UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, MyDHL), ERP/WMS, and

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
1–5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
Hands-on experience with shipping platforms: UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, and MyDHL.
Proficiency with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems.
Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes.

Responsibilities

Process domestic and international shipments and track deliveries.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory and maintain ERP/WMS records.
Coordinate with warehouse personnel, customer service, procurement, and carriers.
Prepare shipping documents, packing slips, and Bills of Lading.
Support compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
