• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, shipping & receiving, inventory management, or vendor coordination.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience maintaining inventory records and tracking shipments.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
• Coordinate outgoing shipments and carrier pickups.
• Handle temperature-sensitive and time-sensitive scientific deliveries.
• Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.
• Replenish laboratory stockrooms and supply areas.
• Process vendor returns and shipment discrepancies.
• Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
