Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED attained or (AA/AS in sciences).
• Coursework in biological or physical sciences preferred.
• Experience with packing/handling, inventory, and warehouse tasks is beneficial.
• LEAN or Operational Excellence training is a plus.
• Strong collaboration, time management, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with management and lab staff to meet operational goals.
• Maintain regulatory compliance including GLP, DOT, HazMat.
• Manage inventory of lab consumables and reagents.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure availability of materials.
• Prepare receiving and shipping documents; pack materials for shipping.
• Support safety training and follow safety procedures.
• Communicate with customers via email, phone, and in person.
• Attend departmental meetings and participate in process improvements.
• Handle time-sensitive tasks and maintain clean work areas.
