Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in providing Desktop Support with Windows 10 and Windows 8 support.
• Maintain ownership of user issues and ensure that they receive resolution within a reasonable timeframe.
• Escalate issues and involve experts wherever required to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
• Good experience working on Windows OS; proficient with Microsoft Office product suite.

• Provide initial assessment of urgency and business impact on all support calls.
• Handle inbound calls, chat and emails in Service Desk.
