LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Help Desk Analyst in Phoenix, AZ. You will be the go-to resource for internal users, solving hardware and software issues and supporting Microsoft technologies to keep employee productivity high.

You’ll troubleshoot, document solutions, and assist with AD, inventory, and knowledge base creation while joining a collaborative IT team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Help Desk, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or related IT support experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience supporting Microsoft technologies and Microsoft Office applications.
• Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 environments.
• Experience supporting users in an Active Directory environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to internal users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Microsoft Office-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop software and applications.
• Resolve incidents and service requests while maintaining accurate ticket documentation.
• Support users in a Windows-based environment.
• Assist with Active Directory account administration and user support.
• Maintain hardware inventory and assist with equipment deployment.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Train users on technology solutions and best practices.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.
