Biomerics is seeking a dedicated Onsite IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide responsive technical support to employees across the organization by diagnosing and resolving technology-related issues, fulfilling service requests, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Maintains accurate documentation, adheres to service standards, and contributes to the reliability and efficiency of IT operations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of technical support experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Associate’s degree in computer science or information technology (bachelor’s preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory and identity management fundamentals.
• Basic networking concepts and endpoint hardware management.
• Experience with ticketing and knowledge management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical support to employees by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and access issues.
• Manage endpoint deployment, maintain ITSM documentation, and provide executive-level support.
• Escalate Tier 1 issues as needed and adhere to SLAs and security requirements.
• Document troubleshooting activities and resolutions in the ITSM platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical projects and equipment requirements.
