Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Helpdesk Technician for an on-site role in White Plains, NY. You will support imaging and deployment of ~250 laptops using Intune and Autopilot, then provide high-touch onboarding and ongoing desktop support for Windows 10 and Office 365.

You will log incidents via ServiceNow in an ITIL-driven environment, resolve hardware and software issues, and document processes while collaborating with the IT team to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• > Hands-on help desk and service desk experience in a professional environment.
• > Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and connectivity.
• > Experience with Intune and Autopilot for imaging and deployment.
• > Excellent customer service with high-touch support.
• > Proficient in supporting Windows 10.
• > Extensive Office 365 application support.
• > Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
• > Knowledge of desktop/server hardware (SSDs, peripherals).
• > ITIL-driven environment experience and processes.
• > Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• > Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the transition of ~250 laptops using Intune and Autopilot.
• Image and configure devices to meeting standards and user needs.
• Provide white-glove onboarding support for new users.
• Deliver on-site and remote desktop support for hardware/software issues.
• Log and manage incidents with ServiceNow, following ITIL.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10, Office 365, and standard apps.
• Maintain desktop/server OS (Windows 7/Server 2008+ as needed).
• Provide extensive Office product application support.
• Document issues and resolutions clearly and accurately.
• Communicate updates and guidance effectively to users.
• Collaborate with IT peers to improve service delivery.
