Job summary

PC Computer Technician is available in Owatonna, MN on a contract-to-hire basis. You will work onsite to support the IS PC Tech team, installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software. Training and mentorship are provided, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

The role emphasizes hands-on hardware tasks, customer service, and confidentiality, with opportunities to gain experience in a mutual insurance environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and willingness to learn basic hardware tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of business and personnel information.

Responsibilities

• Install, set up, tear down, and relocate computer hardware and software.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for software and hardware needs.
• Collaborate with a team member to support business partners.
