Job summary

In-Telecom is seeking a Dedicated IT Technician to support on-site operations at client sites in Bay St. Louis, MS and Belle Chasse, LA. This salaried role requires regular on-site presence, ticketing in ConnectWise, and collaboration with remote support for escalations.

You will manage IT functionality across locations, resolve issues, install hardware and software, and maintain documentation while coordinating with HQ to meet service standards and customer needs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in computer science, business administration or related field is preferred.
• MBA/MS is a plus but not required.”
• 2+ years IT experience or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for resolving technical issues.
• Troubleshoot workstations, printers, and network issues.
• Set up and manage AV equipment and conferencing tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams Rooms).
• Partner with remote escalations for unresolved issues.
• Maintain documentation and process standards.
