In-Telecom is seeking a Dedicated Onsite IT Technician to support Huffman, TX, and nearby Dayton, TX. This salaried role requires regular client-site presence, ticketing via ConnectWise, and collaboration with remote support for escalations.

The position involves hands-on hardware/software installation, patch management, and desk-side user support, with duties spanning onboarding, inventory, and reporting on site health. Monday–Friday work schedule in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years IT experience in a corporate environment.
• Professional IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for resolving technical issues.
• Collaborate with remote support for escalations.
• Design and maintain process documentation for the team.
• Monitor tickets in ConnectWise and ensure timely resolutions.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and inventory management.
