Job summary

In-Telecom is seeking a Dedicated IT Technician for the Greater New Orleans area. The role involves on-site management across Bay St. Louis, MS and Belle Chasse, LA, with regular hours Monday through Friday and after-hours support for business-impacting issues.

The technician will handle first-line IT support, asset management, and collaboration with remote teams to ensure high service levels and accurate documentation in ConnectWise.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ IT experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service abilities.
• Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar PSA tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for resolving technical issues.
• Manage onsite IT functions at client sites and coordinate with remote teams.
• Maintain ticketing in ConnectWise and document resolutions.
• Inventory management and asset tagging.
• Setup computers and user accounts, including domain join and access rights.
• Coordinate with vendors and escalation paths for complex issues.
