Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a Level 3 Technician to join their team onsite in Folsom, CA. This role involves installing and configuring OS on client laptops, migrating data, and providing advanced break/fix support for software and hardware while engaging directly with clients.

The position requires at least 3 years of technical experience, excellent customer service and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows 10, and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of technical experience
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• May be required to walk / sit / stand / crawl / kneel for extended periods
• Excellent customer service and written / verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows 10
• Technical certifications a plus

Responsibilities

• Install and configure OS on client laptops
• Migrate client data to new laptops
• Provide advanced break/fix support for software/hardware
• Manage and update tickets in the client’s ticketing database
• Process assets returned from clients
• Ensure inventory assets are stored and distributed properly
• Assist with asset inventory audits
