Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year IT technical support experience preferred.
• Cash recycler repair experience is highly preferred.
• CompTIA A+ (Preferred) and Net+ certifications preferred.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for national retail clients in-field.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve IT equipment issues on site.
• Document issues, resolutions, and close tickets daily.
• Communicate effectively with customers and maintain professional appearance and conduct.
