CompucomStaffing is seeking a Level 3 Technician to join their team onsite in Folsom, CA. This role involves installing and configuring OS on client laptops, migrating data, and providing advanced break/fix support for software and hardware while engaging directly with clients.

The position requires at least 3 years of technical experience, excellent customer service and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows 10, and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Our client has a brand new opportunity for a Level 3 Technician to join their team onsite in Folsom, CA. This resource will have frequent interactions with clients in person and also via phone, email, and IM.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring OS on client laptops
• Migrating client data to new laptop
• Performing advanced break / fix support of software / hardware issues for clients
• Managing and updating tickets via the client's ticketing database
• Processing assets returned from clients leaving the company
• Ensuring all client inventory assets are stored and distributed in a clean and professional manner
• Assisting with asset inventory audits

Skills And Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of technical experience desired
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. solo
• May be required to walk / sit / stand / crawl / kneel for extended periods
• Must have excellent customer service skills and excellent written / verbal communication skills
• Requires knowledge of Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel and Word primarily), Windows 10
• Technical certifications a plus

Wage Range

The rate for this position is between $18.64 - $24.85 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
