Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Technician 2 to support corporate users in Seattle. The role is onsite at Nordstrom's headquarters, with deskside, walkup, and remote assistance.

You will deploy devices, support conference rooms, and document issues in ServiceNow while serving as a mentor to junior staff. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of IT support, strong macOS/Windows skills, and experience with AD, VPN, and M365.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows 11.
• Experience with enterprise IT systems (AD, VPN, RDS).
• Knowledge of M365, Teams, Slack, and cloud services.
• IT certifications (CompTIA A+/N+ or MCP) or relevant experience.
• Experience with O365 calendar access and support.
• Strong troubleshooting for hardware, software, connectivity.

• Provide personalized IT support to Nordstrom corporate users via walkup, deskside interactions and remote sessions.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced IT Technician 2 to provide support to Nordstrom corporate users. This role requires exceptional technical expertise combined with the professionalism and communication skills necessary to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role is onsite. Candidates must be willing to work in office 5 days/week at Nordstrom's headquarters in Seattle, WA.

A day in the life…

• Provide personalized IT support to Nordstrom corporate users via walkup, deskside interactions and remote sessions
• Configure and deploy devices (macOS, Windows)
• Provide tier 1 conference room support
• Document support requests and resolutions in ServiceNow
• Serve as escalation for junior team members
• Help our customers feel good and look their best

You own this if you have…

• 2+ years of IT support experience
• High level knowledge of macOS, Windows 11, Microsoft Office Suite, mobile operating systems (iOS, Android)
• Experience with enterprise-level IT systems, including Active Directory, VPN, and remote desktop solutions
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, collaboration tools (Teams, Slack), and cloud services
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or relative job experience in those area’s.
• Experience supporting O365 and calendar access
• Strong troubleshooting abilities for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations.

Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$23.75 - $41.25 Hourly
