Job summary

MDpanel is seeking a Technology Technician to manage enterprise-wide hardware operations and support IT across MDpanel divisions at the Perrysburg, Ohio office. This role is 100% onsite with primary responsibility for end-user support, asset lifecycle, and on-site infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on IT support, strong Windows and Microsoft 365 experience, and a solid understanding of security practices. Occasional travel to other MDpanel locations may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in an onsite role.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 imaging, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Experience with Windows Server in a small office environment.
• Strong customer service skills and willingness to follow security policies.

Responsibilities

• Hardware & asset support: maintain inventory and lifecycle of MDpanel technology assets.
• Software & end-user support: troubleshoot, install, configure, test, and support software and OS.
• Infrastructure & security: support network, server, backup, and security operations.
• Travel to other MDpanel locations as required.
