Qualifications

• Must be a United States citizen.
• Experience providing end-user technical support via phone, email, remote-access tools, and in-person desk-side assistance.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, system, peripheral, and basic network issues.
• Experience installing and supporting computers, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and related office technology.
• Familiarity with mobile device management and iOS devices.
• Ability to document issues and actions in an IT ticketing system.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Kansas City, Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical support to USAO personnel for computers, mobile devices, software, and office technology.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, system, and network issues via phone, email, remote tools, and desk-side support.
• Diagnose problems, identify root causes, and escalate when needed.
• Assist users with configuring system and application settings to improve performance.
• Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of mobile device management solutions, including iOS devices.
• Install, configure, test, and support computers, printers, scanners, VoIP phones, and peripherals.
• Coordinate with government IT personnel to maintain a secure and reliable environment.
• Deliver professional, courteous customer service and adhere to IT policies and security requirements.
