Job summary

West 4th Strategy seeks an IT Technician to support the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Missouri in Kansas City, MO. The role provides end-user IT support, configures systems, and manages MDM for iOS devices.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of end-user IT support experience.
• Strong customer service and issue-resolution record.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive IT support to USAO-WDMO personnel, ensuring reliable operation of end-user technology.
• Responds to end-user questions and resolves technical issues through remote tools, phone, email, or in-person assistance.
• Assists and educates users in adjusting system or application configurations to improve productivity.
• Manages and services mobile device management solutions, including iOS devices.
• Collaborates with the Systems Manager to maintain a secure, reliable technology environment.
