In-Telecom is seeking a Dedicated IT Technician to manage on-site IT functionality and provide client-facing support across Beaumont, TX and Baytown, TX. You will coordinate with remote support and act as the primary on-site contact for IT-related matters, using ConnectWise for ticket management and maintaining service delivery to company standards.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in CS or related field.
• 4+ years IT experience.
• Customer-facing IT support experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Professional IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT issues at client sites.
• Coordinate with In-Telecom remote support for escalations.
• Maintain on-site IT functionality across multiple locations.
• Document resolutions and time spent; report on site health.
• Assist during onboarding and offboarding; manage inventory.
