In-Telecom is seeking a Dedicated Onsite IT Technician in Beaumont, TX to support client sites with hands-on IT, hardware maintenance, and user assistance. The role requires coordinating with remote teams, managing tickets in ConnectWise, and maintaining service standards across Beaumont and Baytown locations.

The position is salaried, Monday–Friday, with responsibilities including onboarding, inventory control, and documentation of processes for HQ alignment.

Formación

• BA/BS in computer science or related field is preferred.
• Experience with IT rollout and onsite support is required.
• Knowledge of ConnectWise and ticketing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for on-site IT issues.
• Coordinate escalations with remote support teams as needed.
• Manage ticketing and document resolutions in ConnectWise.
• Set up new users and hardware, perform basic diagnostics.
• Maintain inventory and update documentation regularly.
