Insight Enterprises in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Associate Technician for a full-time, on-site role. The candidate will install, repair, test, and service a wide range of systems and communications technologies to keep clients operational.

The ideal applicant has an IT-related certificate or diploma with 2–5 years of IT troubleshooting or support experience. A+ certification and prior HP/Dell/Lenovo technician experience are preferred, along with strong communication and customer service

Qualifications

IT-related certificate or diploma.
2–5 years of troubleshooting or IT support experience.
A+ certification (preferred).
Previous experience as certified HP, Dell or Lenovo technician (preferred).
Strong communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

As a Flex Services Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert installing, repairing, testing, and servicing a wide range of systems and communication technologies.
Diagnosing and repairing hardware and peripheral issues using the most efficient, cost-effective solutions to minimize client downtime.
Installing and testing hardware, ensuring everything works flawlessly and following any specialized instructions.
Completing all required technical documentation for billing, product returns, and compliance.
Supporting Insight’s depot programs such as Hot Swap and Repair.
