Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking hands-on IT/Telecom technicians to support our national client base. The role goes beyond typical helpdesk tasks, from OS installs to field cabling and telecom work.

You will travel across various environments, install, diagnose, and connect hardware and software while staying professional and responsive to client needs. On-call availability and a valid vehicle are expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience is required.
• Candidate should hold one of the following certifications: A+ or Network+ or have 5+ years of verifiable field experience in I.T./Telecom.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling including drilling, running, and dressing cables.
• Telecom work such as punch-downs and demarc extensions.
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant and corporate environments.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism with clients.
• Be on call and ready to respond to service requests within your territory.
