Job summary

You will travel to client sites, diagnose and fix desktops, laptops, printers, and networking issues, while maintaining professional client relationships and documenting work for internal SLAs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience, including onsite or field work.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with computer hardware, Windows and macOS, printers, and basic networking.
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace user environments.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly with clients.
• Professional, adaptable, and dependable work style.
• Valid Florida driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass required background screenings for employment and client-site work.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites to diagnose, repair, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related IT equipment
• Install and configure operating systems, software applications, and peripheral devices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Windows, macOS, and basic networking environments
• Support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace user environments, including account management, email configuration, and applying basic security settings per documented standards
• Provide technical support and guidance to end users in professional, client-facing settings
• Document service calls, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions using a ticketing system
• Provide backup support for Help Desk operations and ticket resolution as needed
• Work across diverse SMB client environments with varying technologies and support needs
• Follow company standards and contribute to a positive, team-oriented service culture
