Job summary

Quadra Group Ltd. is seeking a hands-on IT Support Technician to be the primary IT contact at our Longwood site, Florida. The role focuses on delivering day-to-day technical support, troubleshooting hardware/software, and participating in IT initiatives across the region.

You will work on-site 4 days per week, support equipment maintenance, and coordinate with IT teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service for employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on IT support experience.
• CompTIA A+ and ITIL certifications are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Maintain inventory and assist in equipment deployment and upgrades.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement initiatives and support SLA.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and IT procedures clearly.
