Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience, including onsite or field work.
• Strong troubleshooting of hardware, Windows, macOS, printers, and basic networking.
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with clients.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with clean record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites to diagnose, repair, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related IT equipment.
• Install and configure operating systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, macOS, and basic networking environments.
• Support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace user environments, including account management and security basics.
• Document service calls and resolutions using a ticketing system.
• Provide backup support for Help Desk operations as needed.
• Work across diverse SMB client environments with varying technologies and needs.
