eTech POS Store in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a POS/Computer Technician to join our team. You will service POS software and hardware, perform system setups and installations (remote or onsite), diagnose issues, and provide training to clients.

Responsibilities include repairing technical, mechanical, software, and networking problems, keeping systems updated, and documenting installations and resolved issues. A strong customer service orientation and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a POS/computer technician.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using contact management database systems.
• Knowledge of computer security and networking.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsabilités
