BURGER KING® is seeking an IT Field Support Specialist to oversee our IT systems, hardware, and network infrastructure across restaurant locations in Florida. You will partner with Operations and vendors to ensure 24/7 uptime and prompt technical support for day-to-day restaurant technology operations.

Responsibilities include ensuring reliability of POS, software, hardware, and network systems, troubleshooting issues, and managing vendor quotes and costs for upgrades.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support experience.
• Experience in Quick-Service Restaurants (QSR) or retail environments is a plus.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Ensure 24/7 reliability for POS, software, hardware, and network systems.
• Troubleshoot user problems and maintain up-to-date hardware and software.
• Source quotes, manage third-party vendors, and report projected costs for upgrades or replacements.
