Planet Group is seeking an Onsite Field Services Technician II to provide hands-on IT support at our Colby, Wisconsin facility on a 6‑month contract. The role covers end-user support, device lifecycle, asset management, and onsite project coordination.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of IT experience, proficiency with Windows, MS 365, and Power Apps awareness; able to lift 40+ pounds and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Competenze

• Experience providing onsite IT or field services support.
• Proficient with Windows laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and business apps.
• Experience with asset management and device replacement.
• Familiarity with incident, request, change and asset management processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot connectivity and infrastructure issues.
• Experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, MFA, and access-related activities.
• Knowledge of Power Platform solutions including Power Apps and Power Automate.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary onsite contact for day-to-day IT support.
• Troubleshoot laptops, monitors, peripherals, printers, mobile devices, apps, connectivity, and access issues.
• Assist users with password resets, account lockouts, and MFA setup or reconfiguration.
• Create, update, and track incidents and requests through resolution.
• Coordinate with centralized GT support teams when issues require specialized assistance.
• Maintain accurate asset records and inventory.
• Support local technology projects, upgrades, installations, and refresh activities.
