JP Cullen is seeking an IT Support Specialist to assist employees across offices and job sites in Wisconsin. The role requires onsite work in Janesville or Madison and occasional visits to Milwaukee sites.

You will deploy equipment, manage networks, and provide expert application support for M365, Procore, and design software. Ideal candidates have an associate degree or 2+ years in PC support, strong customer service, and solid time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in MIS/CS or related field or 2+ years PC support or helpdesk experience.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills for internal/external customers.
• Working knowledge of Windows, M365, networking, and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT issues at offices and job sites with professional demeanor.
• Visit sites to deploy workstations, printers, and network gear with Cullen IT.
• Provide on-site wired/wireless network support and Wi-Fi setup.
• Offer application support for M365, Bluebeam, Adobe, Autodesk, Procore, MS Project.
• Setup PCs, install software, train users, and guide problem-solving steps.
• Collaborate to test IT improvements and support project teams.
