• Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting for IT hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals).
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware per standards.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with client IT teams for seamless integration of hardware.
• Perform routine maintenance, firmware updates, and patches.
• Document installations, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Assist end-users with setup and connectivity issues.
