Qualifications

• Onsite IT support for hospital and clinic personnel.
• Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, printers, and basic networking.
• Customer-focused, dependable, eager to learn in healthcare environments.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and troubleshooting steps.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for hospital and clinic personnel.
• Install, configure, and deploy computer hardware and software.
• Support workstation moves, adds, and changes.
• Assist with user account support and password resets.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams when appropriate.
• Support IT equipment inventory and asset management.
• Travel to satellite healthcare facilities as needed.
