The technician will install, troubleshoot, and maintain a wide range of hardware and software, coordinate with support teams, and deliver on-site training while ensuring device security and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• High School with 0-3 years (or commensurate experience).
• US Citizen.
• High degree of technical proficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for the customer’s environment.
• Coordinate and perform maintenance for networks/servers.
• Install, troubleshoot and maintain hardware/software components.
• Deliver onsite training to customer support personnel.
• Provide on-call support via ServiceNow and assist with remote troubleshooting.
• Assist with VPN/Citrix access, device encryption, and inventory management.
• Support video conferencing and user relocation requests.
