GovCIO is seeking an IT Service Technician to provide onsite support in Chatsworth, CA. The role requires travel for site coverage and obtaining A+, ITIL Foundation, HDI, and one of Security+, Network+, or Server+ within six months. Certification costs are reimbursed by GovCIO.

The position involves troubleshooting, maintenance of networks/servers, and providing training to customer support personnel. Onsite and remote support duties include managing devices, encryption, and asset disposal

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, 0–2 years experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Strong technical proficiency and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide onsite IT support for networks and devices.
• Manage ServiceNow tickets and coordinate with support teams.
• Install OS patches and software via SCCM.
• Ensure devices are encrypted and secure.
• Assist with remote support for telework users.
