Job summary

Zones, LLC in Nashville, TN is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for a 6-month contract-to-hire, onsite. You will respond to IT issues by phone and ticket and help keep end users productive.

Responsibilities include OS and application installs, hardware/software troubleshooting, printers setup and maintenance, and contributing to desk-side procedures and process improvements. Day shift, Monday–Friday 8:00–5:00.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on IT support experience across desk-side and remote environments.
• Experience troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers and related peripherals.
• Ability to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Respond and resolve IT issues over the phone and via tickets.
• Install operating systems and user applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot printers of all types.
• Develop and maintain deskside operations procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and incident reduction.
