Job summary

Tekvana Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Services Operations professional to support Hendersonville, NC. The role requires hands-on hardware and desktop/laptop imaging, and strong ITIL/ITSM practices.

On-call and after-hours support are part of the job, with travel to nearby sites as needed. The candidate should have 3+ years of relevant experience, A+ hardware certification, and preferred Microsoft/ITIL/CCNA credentials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant field service experience required.
• Proficient in PC, laptop, tablet, printers, and mobile devices support.
• Ability to perform IMACD tasks (Install Move Add Change Dispose) and coordinate with IT functions.
• Experience imaging and reimaging Windows OS on desktops/laptops.
• Strong documentation through knowledge articles and tickets.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and move equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site field services and IT support at designated customer sites.
• Handle IMACD tasks including installations, moves, changes, and disposals.
• Coordinate scheduling with affected IT functions and customers.
• Document work events and ensure customer satisfaction using the ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot end-user IT issues, including PCs, tablets, phones, and peripherals.
• Assist with setup and delivery of PC equipment to end-users.
• Utilize remote connectivity tools to resolve issues when needed.
