Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support by installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading laptops, desktops, phones, printers and peripherals.
• Support higher level specialists with server hardware, operating systems, network infrastructure and telephony via troubleshooting incidents with customers.
• Document resolutions, root cause analyses and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
