Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's level education preferred.
• 1+ year of customer service or technical support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support via phone, chat, ticketing systems, and in-person assistance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, account access, and system issues.
• Document, prioritize, and manage incidents and service requests.
• Perform user access administration and basic asset management tasks.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams.
• Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Support IT projects, deployments, and technology initiatives as needed.
• Adhere to IT security, compliance, and operational standards.
