Addison Group is seeking a customer-focused IT Systems Support Specialist I to provide first-level technical support for end users and business systems in Phoenix, AZ. Position: IT Systems Support Specialist I

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Compensation: $22.00 - $23.00 / Per Hour

Employment Type: 6 months contract-to-hire

Schedule: 5 days per week onsite

Shift: 11-7:30 PM CST

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support via phone, chat, ticketing systems, and in-person assistance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, account access, and system-related issues.
• Accurately document, prioritize, and manage incidents and service requests.
• Perform user access administration and basic asset management tasks.
• Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate support teams.
