Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners (MRP) seeks an IT Windows Support Analyst III – End User Services for an onsite contract in the Northeast Metro Atlanta area (Lawrenceville, GA). You will deliver high-quality end-user support, troubleshoot complex hardware/software, and maintain desktop systems for stability and security.

The role requires strong communication, a service mindset, and collaboration with IT teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years enterprise-level desktop or end-user support preferred.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely end-user technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, OS, applications, and peripherals.
• Perform diagnostics and repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and related equipment.
• Escalate issues as needed and keep stakeholders informed.
• Maintain accurate support records and asset inventory.
• Provide basic user training and guidance to improve system usage.
