Job summary

Motion Industries in Atlanta, GA is seeking a System Support Analyst to provide on-site IT support for executive staff and global operations. You will triage, troubleshoot, document, and resolve a wide range of issues across Windows, macOS, networks, and security in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years of IT support across multiple disciplines, and certifications such as A+, Network+, MS-900 or Security+.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/certifications.
3+ years of IT support experience or equivalent education/certifications.
5+ years IT support across multiple disciplines; macOS and Windows with O365.
IT certifications (A+, Network+, MS-900, Security+) are a plus.

Responsibilities

Field IT support calls and tickets.
On-site IT support and onboarding tasks and projects.
Research, documentation, and advanced troubleshooting.
Special project assignments.
Asset management.
