Job summary

Morton Community Bank is hiring an IT Systems Administrator to manage and secure the bank’s technology stack onsite in Morton, IL. You will monitor systems, apply patches, enforce hardening, and ensure backups and disaster recovery readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree in computer science and three years of systems administrator experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor IT systems for availability, security, and performance.
• Perform system monitoring, patching, hardening, and upgrades.
• Document network, data flows, policies and procedures.
• Ensure backups are tested, secure, and recoverable.
• Respond to security events and coordinate with Bank staff.
